Real-Time Rating is the process whereby we send a request to your carrier's rating engine with the specs you entered. The carrier scores, rates, and returns a response that we display along with the other carriers you rated. We do not compute any of the responses. All work is on the carrier side. The carrier sends us an index number to recall the quote from their system. When you click the link to the carrier in our program the quote referenced by the index is retrieved. This is where you answer any final underwriting questions, enter lienholder information, and issue the policy

Bridging allows you to quote your client with all of your carriers in one program rather than several, and send all the information to the carrier of your choice. Rates are 'manufactured' by the rating vendor as opposed to the real-time process

Integration is the ability to use an agency management system to transfer client information to and from Evolution ™. Generally the workflow is to start from your management system then the pass client to Evolution ™.   You need only review information that was not stored in the management system in order to quote.   Once quoted you then if you choose, pass the revised quote back to the management system from ours. Alternately you can bridge the data from Evolution ™ to your carrier then download the results.   You can thereby track all policies and clients in one view area.


Automated Insurance Scoring allows you to score all selected carriers at once.   No estimating required - you accurately apply discount factors the first time and tiers your client is offered due to score that is returned.
