Mobile Homeowner Rating

August 12, 2009

Pioneer Mobile Homeowner Rating is now available to all Pioneer Agencies.

Demand for a new Mobile Homeowner comparitive rater has become apparent. Pioneer was the most requested product so they were programmed first, and are now available. Others will be added in order of popularity. Hastings will soon be under development.

Foremost is a leader in this field, however they have a long standing policy of not cooperating with comparitive raters. It has been since the 1980's since they have sent us their rates. If they are high on your list, please give us contact information, and contact Foremost yourselves to see if we can collectively convince them to open their rates to you, their sales force.

Accuracy of EVOLUTION

We pride ourselves on the accuracy of EVOLUTION. All quotes must match to the penny given correct data entry. If you cannot match one, we want to know.

To achieve this level of accuracy extensive testing is done both by Capital and the carrier. All carriers been given copies of our program to test our quotes and certify that they are correct.

We give copies of our product to carrier field representitives so they can become familiar with it as well. This allows them to help you should have a question or a problem arise.

There is a link on the left sidebar link called "Match Decs", which will give you tools to help you resolve differences. Chances are both your quote and the carrer quote are correct, however even minor data entry differences can cause large swings in price.

Real Time RatingBridging rather than manually entering data into a carrier web pricing system will minimize the chance of a quote variance. Our Real-Time products eliminate the possibility of quoting variances entirely.

If you come across even a minor difference you cannot resolve, please let us know. You help maintain our standards. Please fax the the carrier's policy or quote to 517-324-3468, and export your EVOLUTION quote to us. We will quickly resolve it for you.

GMAC Withdrawal

August 2008

We have received the following message from GMAC Insurance.

"GMAC Insurance rates are no longer available in CO, IL, MI, and TX. We regret that market conditions have made it necessary for us to discontinue accepting agency channel new business in these states at this time. We thank the independent agencies for your past support, and we hope to be able to serve you in the future. -- GMAC Insurance"

You should already have recieved this information from GMAC. Insurance scoring will be disabled at the end of business day Monday August 11. They have asked us to disable quoting of new business effective later than Tuesday August 12th.

Renewal business can be quoted (without pulled scores) indefinitely although their intent is to nonrenew. You may keep GMAC on your program from us if you wish, to aid you in replacing this business.
